No. We do not verify or credential professionals. Each pharmacy independently verifies credentials before any shift begins.
Who verifies professional credentials?+
The pharmacy. DoseCrew provides a checklist so pharmacies can confirm identity, active license or registration, and work authorization directly.
Does DoseCrew process professional wages?+
No. Pharmacies pay professionals directly using their own lawful payment process. DoseCrew only collects platform connection fees from pharmacies.
Does DoseCrew collect patient information?+
Never. We do not request or store patient names, prescription details, insurance information, or any pharmacy-system data.
Is DoseCrew free for professionals?+
Yes. Core browsing, applying, messaging, and booking are free for pharmacists and technicians.
When are contact details revealed?+
After a pharmacy selects a professional and pays the connection fee, both parties see each other's contact information.
What happens if credentials cannot be verified?+
The pharmacy marks the check unsuccessful. The connection fee becomes reusable account credit and the pharmacy can select another professional.
